My name is Michael Mondesir, originally from Curacao, an enchanting island located in the Dutch Caribbean, just off the coast of Venezuela. I am married and proud to have one daughter. I graduated as a Marine Engineer in 1981 from Rotterdam. After spending a year at sea, I realized that life at sea wasn’t quite the right fit for me.
